Gut health is key, and balancing the beneficial bacteria, with increased fibre, probiotics or lifestyle changes to manage stress and sleep are helpful.
I support many of my clients with weight loss plans and finding new approaches to healthy eating. I'm training in psychological interventions for obesity.
