Chourouk Gorrab (she/her) is the Head of Events & PR at Euromonitor International, a global market research company, where she's worked for over 7 years, and the co-founder and, Head of Communications & Partnerships at The Spill, the online publication amplifying marginalised voices.
Chourouk is a French native from Tunisian background. She started her professional career in Marketing within the fashion and travel industries, her first loves.
After acquiring experiences as a blogger, PR and Marketing freelancer for emerging fashion designers, and Marketing Executive for a leading print media in France; she moved to London in 2011 to work in the events and PR field where she learnt the power of true communication, organisation, and the importance of mental and physical wellbeing.
With key interests in the environment (mostly vegetarian these days), racial and social issues, and general wellbeing, Chourouk co-founded The Spill, an online publication on a mission to take up space, launched on 1 January 2021. The Spill only works with writers and collaborators from marginalised and under-represented communities, and regularly publishes personal essays, opinion pieces, and interviews in various categories from life and self to arts, politics, environment, and culture.
Chourouk is currently based in London (UK). She remains available for questions related to PR, Marketing, Events as her key expertise, and can answer questions related to her personal experience as an entrepreneur, racism, spirituality, immigration, and her attachment to the environment, social issues, and general wellbeing (through mental health and physical activities).
