Emma Jenkings is a CMC-registered workplace mediator, trained conflict coach and DISC practitioner.
After graduating with her law degree and working at the Employment Tribunal, Emma decided to become accredited as a mediator - to help individuals and organisations resolve issues without the need to go down the legal route.
Emma's company, Mosaic Mediation, was formed in 2016 and since then Emma has supported various organisations with dispute resolution, including the NHS, engineering companies, charitable organisations, pharmaceutical companies, and in the education sector.
Through conflict or assertiveness coaching, training and DISC profiles, Emma supports individuals and teams in learning how to communicate more effectively and manage conflict confidently.
She aims to increase the individual's skills, knowledge and confidence, and equip an organisation to be a more peaceful and productive environment to work in.
Emma regularly writes articles for her website: www.mosaicmediation.co.uk has had articles published in the local press or for other organisations, and has an e-book guide on Amazon - 'The 4 Pillars of Conflict Prevention'. She has also created a series of e-learning courses on leadership skills, assertiveness, and managing conflict.
Emma is available for articles, comments or interviews.
