Henrietta Green, food futorologist, award-winning food writer, broadcaster, campaigner, consultant and food event’s organiser,  identified British Charcuterie as the sector poised for growth, It was, she felt, in a similar position to British Cheeses (25 years ago) or English Sparkling wines (20 years ago) - she has since been proved right!
Setting up the British Charcuterie Live Awards four years ago, due to current interest she is  poised to  introduce a new class - Plan-based Charcuterie and to take the Awards global
