Jenny Stallard is founder of Freelance Feels: Coaching and community for the self employed.
A coach, writer and podcaster, she works with freelancers who have lost their fire or mojo and want to reconnect with their love of freelancing, build new goals and work through the 'meh' of the day to day we can often experience as small business owners.
She works one on one as well as running workshops and masterclasses.
A journalist for over 20 years, working for national newspapers, magazines and websites, Jenny runs workshops helping coaches and experts secure press coverage from the point of view of a journalist and a coach - a unique combination! She shares her insight and learnings, as well as helping clients focus on press that works for their business, not just the 'fame'.
Former Commissioning Editor on the features team at Metro newspaper, she has worked with and written for brands including: Grazia, Stylist, Red, Woman&Home, Metro.co.uk, The Telegraph, Woman, HuffPost, Refinery29, Glamour and MarieClaire. She regularly uses experts in her features, and knows exactly what journalists want (and don't want!) from them.
Jenny graduated with Optimus in May 2021, and is working towards full ICF accreditation.
When she's not writing or coaching, she runs a podcast and is a visiting lecturer in Writing for Business at City, University of London.
Jenny moved from London to the Cotswolds in August 2020, and has two dogs, Roger (a Labrador) and Florence (a Whippet) which sometimes pop up on a Zoom call. She loves to swim in the local lido where she often comes up with new workshop ideas.
