Mother of four kids, 40-year-old Kate is host of the popular podcast, The Ambitious Mum. Now retrained as a wellbeing and emotional freedom coach, Kate is passionate about connecting unfulfilled yet ambitious women with insightful expert guests who can help heal, empower, support and guide her listeners to feel calmer, more balanced, happier, healthier and living a more fulfilled life. Kate ensures she curates curious and down to earth conversations to ensure her listeners feel enlightened and inspired to make small wellbeing changes to their own lives.
After many years of working in PR and being a stay at home mum, Kate retrained in wellbeing coaching and emotional freedom technique (tapping) to help herself overcome lifelong worry, anxiety, overwhelm and a subsequent loss of identity. She has also been recently diagnosed with ADHD (alongside her daughter) which has helped her understand her life, behaviour and choices, as well as now support other women with ADHD in her wellbeing coaching practice.
Kate writes wellbeing articles for ADDitude magazine, a US-based, highly respected online and print ADHD source, which has enabled her reach to go become global, with many of her clients now being based across the world.
Through her social media and Ambitious Mum podcast, as well as her coaching practice, Kate's passion lies in guiding more women to recognise their authentic inner voice, deep wisdom and purpose-driven desires, to live a more fulfilled and healthier life.
