Nutrition is such an important pillar of our overall health and wellbeing, and yet we don’t always mindfully think about the food we put in our bodies. Food is not just a source of energy – food is INFORMATION, containing instructions that affect every biological function in the body.
I am a former Financial Analyst in the City, and now run webinars on the topic of nutrition and wellbeing to organisations such as the FCA and the NHS.
I also run a busy nutrition clinic, working with individual clients to upgrade their health, take charge of their wellbeing and immunity, and run diagnostic tests where necessary, all to discover the root cause of individual health issues. We are an integrated and complex being, and this means looking at people as a whole, rather than just at a single symptom.
There is so much contradictory information on what we should, and shouldn’t be eating, and the confusion is totally justified and understandable.
As a Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach, my aim is to empower and educate my clients and webinar attendees, to give them the knowledge about good nutrition, so that they can make informed choices themselves.
