For 10 years, I've been working in the health and fitness industry, supporting individuals on their quest for better health through my skills as a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Intuitive Eating Coach. I have been delivering nutrition workshops, Cookalongs, talks and fitness sessions for charities and corporate organizations (in person and online). And I have partnered with healthy eating cafes and been able to assist in putting wellness programs together for businesses who want to offer more to their employees.
Health is so much more than the food we eat, or the exercise we do - and as such, I've created "The Lunchtime Stretch". An online 15 minute session that is inclusive too all ages, fitness levels and body types. Where desk workers can find 15 minutes of gentle movement, a short break in their day that will help to reduce stress levels but boost motivation and energy.
