I'm Natalie Trice, aka The Visibility Duchess, and I’m the go to business and career coach for PR professionals all over the world.
Visibility is at the heart of everything I do, and I know, from first-hand experience, that when you show up and shine, amazing things happen.
While many PR people love promoting others and seeing their clients in the spotlight is always a reason to celebrate, when it comes to putting themselves out there, speaking up, and coming out from the shadows, it can be a very different situation, and that's where I come in.
After losing 80% of my retained work in Lockdown 1.0 in 2020, I spent seven months retraining to become a coach, which was probably the wisest decision I’ve made in my career. Studying with the Kudzi Coach Academy, which is certified and accredited with the Association of Coaching as well as the International Coach Federation, meant that while others made banana bread and did PE with Joe Wicks, my days looked very different. I undertook hundreds of hours of studying, took part in live online teaching sessions, read endless books and papers, researched new business ideas, as well as working with a range of clients, and this all made me the coach I am today.
Before training to be a coach, I worked for biggest global brands and most incredible business owners and entrepreneurs for 23 years. MS&L, Cartoon Network, CNN, Discovery Channel, Epson, Animal Planet, Earthwatch, Betty Crocker, TM Lewin, Sense, and the Talented Ladies Club are just some of the brands I had the privilege to work with and represent.
From Tom and Jerry launches on Red Square, to James Cameron premieres in Amsterdam, and touring Europe with a team of animators, I've been there, done that and got the t-shirts, as well as the awards. I received the 2020 Positivity Award from Women in Business last December, as well as the Most Inspiring Women in Coaching PR. Being named as one of the top 50 Global Female Entrepreneurs to Watch by ideamensch.com was a real surprise, and I was thrilled to be listed as one of the top women in media by About Time Magazine in 2019.
Not shy of being in the limelight, I'm often seen in the national press, on TV, and I’m a regular contributor to Pick Me Up, Health & Wellbeing, WeAreTheCity, Natural Health, and Female First, so when it comes to doing my own PR, I walk the walk and talk the talk.
Living by the sea in Devon, with my husband and two sons, means that when I'm not working, I am on the beach with the dogs, in the waves in a wetsuit, or snuggled under a blanket on the sofa binge watching box sets and drinking coffee.
My vast experience of working at top London agencies and with international broadcasters, as well as running my own successful consultancy and charity, means I have a true insight into your world, so if what I am saying resonates with you, and you’d like to know more, get in touch and let's chat?
