Expert Biography

Pennie is a strength and nutrition coach with six years' experience specialising in injury rehab/prehab, flexibility/mobility. Pennie is also a pre/post-natal coach and a running coach and works with a number of women through and after pregnancy, as well as any runners looking to start or improve their run through strength work.

 

Pennie is also a trained journalist and runs a feminist fitness podcast called Strong Habits.
