Expert Biography

Prof Quenby runs specialist Tommy’s clinics dedicated to the management and research of preventing recurrent miscarriage (defined in the UK as three or more in a row) and has spent more than 20 years studying the mechanisms of early pregnancy, aiming to find out what causes loss so that we can develop therapies to stop it from happening. She is professor of obstetrics at the University of Warwick and honorary consultant at University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire, where she also runs the biomedical research unit in reproductive health. She leads early pregnancy groups for the Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology and European Society of Human Reproduction & Embryology.
