So, how can people organise, act and relate to optimise their diverse talent for positive outcomes? To address this organisational challenge I take a systemic and contextual perspective. I draw upon a depth of commercial experience, including: SME owner/manager with employees, directorships with P&L accountability, two consultancy start-ups and leading teams - locally, remotely and on international projects. I have delivered assignments in the UK, Europe, the US and Asia. I have significant experience in working with leaders who are subject matter experts: academics, engineers, the professional, governance and regulatory sectors (legal, judicial, senior civil servants), physicians and healthcare specialists, scientists and technologists. My expertise includes: supervision for coaches and consultants, executive coaching, systemic team coaching (board, executive, leadership), developing internal coaching and mentoring capability for organisations, as well as embedding team-of-teams working practices. The outcomes being the optimal deployment, engagement and visibility of people for sustained organisational success. Having completed my MA in 2020, I am currently researching 'endings' in business relationships. I am on the UK board of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
