Sabine Benoit is Professor of Marketing and an expert in all issues around convenience retailing and the sharing economy. Her research covers various topics often with a technology perspective from consumer behaviour, trends, social media, pricing to sustainability issues. She regularly collaborates and is funded by companies to make her research more relevant and applied and has her own youtube channel to spread her research results. She cares a lot about her research being communicated to a wider audience beyond academia.
Since 2018 she is member of the Department of Marketing and Retail Management at Surrey Business School (SBS) has an affiliation at the College of Business & Economics (CBE) at Australian National University (ANU) in Canberra. Beyond this and since 2008 she is Director of the Competence Center for On-the-go Consumption (www.cc-otgc.com) funded by Lekkerland GmbH & Co.KG a European Wholesale company.
