She is the founder of Ogunte CIC, one of the first 50 founding UK Bcorps, and has connected and amplified the Women Social Entrepreneurship's ecosystem for 20 years. She supported and invested in ca 9600+ women changemakers in Latin America, Europe, the US and the MENA.
She was the initiator of Make a Wave, the first incubator and growth readiness programme for women in social enterprises in the UK, enabling a diverse group of women to love finance and amplify their impact in a fun and engaging way.
Her current work at Conscious Innovation is underpinned by what she calls the “Economy of Connectedness, an evidence-based approach that helps people get out of their bubble, be curious, and design with – not FOR – their peers, colleagues, friends or loved ones, initiatives that transform people’s lives. She does this at the intersection of the gender equality, social finance and social entrepreneurship sectors.
