With over 30 years' experience in mental health and self-development my aim is to promote understanding and acceptance of trauma based mental health issues and behavioural challenges in children and adults, as well as showcasing long lasting solutions to overcome depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions. I am also a disability advocate supporting chronically ill and disabled people having to deal with this myself. My passion lies in normalising speaking the emotional truth about our challenges, fighting inspiration porn, intellectual comments and ableism. Apart from being a mental health trauma informed coach, I also teach the evidence based Grief Recovery Method and our Helping Children with Loss course.
