Expert Biography

Having worked as a Chartered Manufacturing Engineer for many years and taught on a renowned Masters programme at the University of Cambridge, my passion for food and nutrition lead to me train as a Natural Chef at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.

I now run my own start-up business making amazing all-natural frozen desserts which are being stocked in high-end shops in London, as well as keeping my hand in at the university! I have learnt so much on my entrepreneurship journey and love sharing this knowledge with my students, as a facilitator for leadership and business strategy training sessions in various organisations, and with the wider world.
